We collect information you provide when you register, update your profile, list products, place orders, bid in auctions, submit inquiries, send feedback, or contact support. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner (including Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on GemWorld servers. Payment processors receive the details needed to complete a transaction and operate under their own privacy policies. We may store payment status, order identifiers, and limited billing information needed for receipts, refunds, and seller payouts.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace: create and manage accounts, show listings, process orders and auctions, handle wallets and refunds, respond to product inquiries and Help center tickets, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax obligations. We may also send optional market updates if you subscribe. We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We share information with sellers and buyers as needed to complete an order, inquiry, or chat (for example, shipping details or product questions). We share data with service providers who host the site, send email, store files, or process payments — only as required to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect GemWorld or other users, or in connection with a business transfer.

How long we keep data
